| Tristan, Not that I'm trying to change they way the zones are split up but for most of the American Players the flight to Europe is not only cheaper but shorter. So the idea of having cheaper flights for say South Africa would that not only need to Apply to America since it would be cheaper for America to fly to Europe? As well the same might be as well for Canada which is probably closer to Europe then say some of the southern Pacific countries. Please don't take this as me wanting to change what you are doing, but the logic you provided below should be applied equally to all countries and based on the little bit of information provided it looks like it doesn't. gregory Gregory Appling 147 Springdale Way Emerald Hills, CA 94062 home: 650-260-2093 cell: 415-637-0784 --- On Fri, 11/20/09, Tristan Reynard <kateand...@xtra.co.nz> wrote: |

Hi Greg,
I believe the proposal is designed to get over the 5 countries rule. Based on Cost Europe might be the preferred location. Why not swap to be ranked via Euro's but that tournament has its on Pool constraints. I personally haven't looked at this detail.
What about venue being Singapore?
Its a shame that Colombia internal issues prevent it being used as a CMAS event in 2010 to provide the ranking mechanism.
The calendar we have released continues to develop as you can see it is noticiably different from the proposal based on the Kranji decisions as well as I have started looking at the actual details. The proposal has received great feedback but unfortunately not many people have seen it looking at the fiece email debate.
Changes so far....
Therefore should America attend the Euro's comp or..
America attend the Asia/ Pacfic comp or..
North Ameria attend Euros and South America attend the Asia/ Pacfic or...
Is there a separate country playing UWH in America that can form and independant event.
I will create a thread on the forum to discuss for a valid discussion
Tristan

| Where is the complete proposal on the web? I must say I don't think I have seen the complete proposal and I'd like to read it. Can you direct everyone to where it's located so that all can read it? |
