Next Class Dates: 4/18, 5/30, 6/6 and 6/13

We have the class 4/18 at 1:30PM at the Chinese Sanctuary.

Philip team would prepare three worship songs. We would ask Stella to give instructions mixed in the feedback.

Other teams could prepare other songs or sing one of the same songs to get feedback. It is a good opportunity to have direct feedback so that we can learn and get better together. The training should prepare the teams to serve better in fellowship or Sunday worship. You can also ask any questions about vocal training.

Philip website has these songs and we could print out extra copies for you on Saturday also.

Please prepare and read the lyrics and music sheet ahead of time.

Next Class Dates: 4/18, 5/30, 6/6 and 6/13. We cancel 5/16 and move to 6/13 so that the last three classes are together, and Sharon Young could attend in June. This also give the teams more time to prepare for the songs to sing on the stage for Stella to give feedback. 4/18 will still have Philip team to prepare songs. Other teams could add in. For example, John’s team could sing informally with one song even there is no guitar. Stella says that no need for full instrument for this type of practice/feedback session.

John: Please send the revised dates to your team. I do not know their email addresses.

By the way, Stella said that Stream of Praise have some good songs that are suitable for Sunday formal worship. One of them is the one below 讓讚美飛揚, which is a classic selected in the Hymn book by Dr. Richard Lin. 世紀頌讚. Not all songs fit well with Sunday Worship though, but it is fine to use in fellowship, and prayer meeting. In our church, all Sunday worship songs need to be selected by Pastor Kwan now.
