Reminder of the last training session tomorrow at 1:30PM. (Please forward to those who are not on the list).

She has a lot of students wanting to learn from her on Saturdays. She purposed freed up all Saturday afternoons for our trainings as she has the burden to help our worship team to improve and to help our Elder board invitation to train the basic vocal and worship skills for the worship team.

She has been patiently adjust her class to fit in our Elder’s guide while adjusting based on different teams’ requests. She shows her love and passion to teach us the required disciplines, attitude and vocal skills at a more detailed level than the general guideline from the elders.

Stella thinks the same way as elder board. Attitude and people relationship is more important than team performance. The focal point for song selections, instrument plays and song singing must be directing attention to worship the Lord, not trying to perform or getting people's attentions to ourselves. It is especially important for a small worship team to not falling into the mindset of performance and comparison with others.

Thanks all who put in time and effort to learn last few weeks. Please come to say good bye to Stella and ask questions. Stella is not involved with our Elder’s decision or direction but she can help answer vocal skill and worship related questions.
