Hey HOBY!! Are you guys pumped for this year's seminar?? It's coming up soon and to get everyone excited we're having our Spring reunion be LASERTAG!! Get ready for a ton of fun and a warm up in teamwork.
This is how it works:
-I'll provide a link for the waiver that your parents must sign if you're under the age of 18. The facility does not require another form to be signed to play.
-The tickets are as follows: 1 game is 7.50, o...r you could purchase three games for 17.00. The good thing about the 3 games card is that if you can't play all three games that day you can hold onto the card and come play the remaining games on another day.
-Thirty people can play a game. We're going to be considered "general public admittance". Soooo, they're also going to have birthday parties going on, if a party has 12 kids than general public admittance fills up the 18 other spots. To make sure that we are given first priority of spots please show up on time and let me know that you're absolutely coming for sure :)
-While we're waiting for an open game, we can play games in their arcade so you might want to bring a few quarters or some extra money.
-The mall food court is directly above the facility so we can go upstairs to eat dinner and catch up when we're waiting for an open game
-Games are 30 minutes from start to finish (including the training, getting the equipment on, playing and depositing equipment)
-If you've never played lasertag before, don't worry, the staff makes everyone sit through a training session so everyone knows what they're doing
-This is'nt like the lasertag at putt-putt guys, this is a pretty big, multi level facility, so feel free to get excited :p
Ultrazone is located on the lower level of the mall, head to the food court on the main floor and take the stairs down.

We're in the home stretch! Come out for our last planning meeting of the year, including the required staff training for all facilitators, junior facilitators, and Team Alumni. Not a staff member yet? No problem! We'd love to see family and friends too. Don't forget, this meeting starts at 1pm, and may end a little later to accomodate for the extra time necessary for staff training. We will update everyone on where we stand with program, facilities, and registration, and then spend the second half of the meeting going through everything you need to know to be officially a part of the team making HOBY MD 2011 a reality.
