You need a win of 80% or more to get into Bernard's mansion. It gives
you 20T foods, better gains, more experience points from battles, and
more money from begging.

Not only do you need 80%, but you also must have 10 points in your
hand and more than 1000 batles.

(Bernard and Malard dialogue will occur.)

Bernard: I have a few special items in stock, not many left so I only
sell them to club members.
Remmeber this: you have to have 80% or over win percent for theese
items to work, they wont disapear when you drop below 80%, but you
wont gain anything while you have below 80%.
Right now I have theese items:

Buy Training shoes [+10% stat gain, cost 100 points]
Buy Special Sunglasses [+15% exp gain, cost 100 points]
Buy Proffessional begger outfit [+10% begging gain, cost 100 points]

Keep in mind, theese items will ONLY work while you have 80% and over
win percent.
