New automatic scope for has_many associations "OR"ing instead of "AND"ing: "with_any"

I have a set of records and I want to find any records associated with
any one of the set, so I added a new automatic scope called
"with_any". http://pastie.org/836150

If it seems it would be useful to others I will add it to my fork with
docs and send a pull req.
