Trying to demo a clean install in Windows 7

1. Railsintaller creates a problem (at least the error messages indcated a conflict between Rails 3.2.1 and Rails 3.2.11

2. Installing Hobo after a clean install of the Rubyinstaller for Windoes indecates the devkit needs to be installed:
