transition-buttons with subsites

transition buttons isn't linking cross subsite properly.  Example, new app, invite only.  Add a reinvite transition available to admins.  If you put in transition-buttons on both user show pages, you'll see the reinvite button (when appropriate) on both the main site and the subsite.  But only one of them will have the correct path.  The other will try to post to the show page route.
