Some files were ignored from hobocopy

Hello,

I've tried different syntaxes, but no one works. I'm frustrated...:-(

That should normally work, or?

set source=C:\Users\WAYNE\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
set dest=Z:\WAYNE\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

"C:\Users\A768212\Data\Backup\HoboCopy.exe" /full /y /r %source% %dest% outlook.ost

I get no error message, but in this directory are eleven files. The most important one is "outlook.ost", but they get IGNORED even I write the filename outlook.ost in the syntax.

Only five files were found and copied- the other six (all visable) were ignored.

Thats my result:

Starting a full copy from C:\Users\A768212\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook to Z:\A768212\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

0 files (0.00 bytes, 1 directories) copied, 5 files skipped

What's my mistake?

It's not your mistake - the Volume Shadow Service (which hobocopy
uses) ignores .ost files by default. There's a registry key you can
mess with to change this. But I believe that .ost files are not needed
- I think they're just some sort of cache.
