C++ Redistributable Missing

The C++ redistributable for hobocopy v1.0 32-bit returns “File was not found” when I click on the link from the hobocopy Download Packages webpage.

You should be able to find the redistributable here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29 as well.
