hello, my name is jeovs.

i heard about hobocopy from someone before and how you can use it to copy locked files..

i have tryed downloading it and i get a hobocopy.exe file but when i click it the command window opens and then a secound letter it closes. by any chance do you know what am i doing wrong and if so what will be the right way ...please let me know ill be supper greatful.

Follow the instructions you'll find at the bottom of this page:

Note that if the "hobocopy.exe" is under "C:\", in command window (Win logo key+R, type cmd, hit Enter), you have to start your code like C:\>hobocopy "C:\My Documents\\" "C:\My Documents\My Destination Folder\\" locked_file.txt
