Just opening this up for ideas about where and how to score some free
food, drinks, etc.

You can list specific stuff like, someone you know throwing an open
party at whatever time in whatever place OR you can talk about general
ideas, like public lists of shelters or soup kitchens or fast food
chains that give away french fries after a certain hour or something.
