Unlock to give access to your Desktop picture

I'm having this weird issue with MMW where when the software changes the background it asks for permissions.

I added MMW to full disk access in security, but that didn't seem to fix it.

It only seems to affect 1 of 3 screens as the other screens update immediately. Suggestions on how to remedy this?
