Multi Monitor Wallpaper - Please fix Tahoe bugs

This app is no substitute for users with three or more monitors, especially those using Dynamic wallpaper. Thank you.

I recently upgraded to a Tahoe and while adjusting my monitor alignment I noticed that some features weren't working.

- Edit Image Position: Image adjustment using arrow keys does not work. 

- Edit Screen Layout

  - Preview panel extends beyond the Screen layout panel. It's a bit tricky to explain, but you need to resize the Preview panel to see the Screen layout menu.

  - System Layout: the latest system layout fails to load. I'm not sure if the save path in Tahoe has changed, but it only loads the previous settings.
