Phone asking for a password

Hi everyone,
Just installed the remote and everything setup fine but when I click on my computer to use it, it asks me for a password to connect to the computer. I'm not certain what password it wants. Can someone help please?

Probably the computer admin's PW. The one you use to unlock the computer when you restart it.
