Streamer not saving time position of stopped videos

 I just updated to iPadOS 15.4 and now when I play a video in VLC Streamer that’s saved on the iPad, and tap “DONE” midway in playback, it reverts to the start of the video when I play it again. Videos that were previously stopped mid playback before the os update will resume playing at the previously stopped time. But after playing for awhile and stopping it, it will only resume at the previously stopped time, not the new one.
