Copy to iPad doesn't work

Hi I'm experiencing the following issue:

1. I successfully setup VLC Streamer helper on my PC

2. I connect to it via my IPad and I can browse files

3. When I select to convert a file and select all quality parameter and tap on "Copy to IPAD" nothing happens and movie isn't being converted nor copied. Although if I tap on "Watch" it starts conversion and movie playback and keeps converting it on PC when I close the player. I don't really want to watch it but just to convert and watch later and it's inconvenient having to wait for the display to show up and close it. Is this a known issue, is there a fix for this?
