VLC Remote not finding computer

I've tried everything in the help article, including disabling the firewall and forwarding ports in my router, but my computer still doesn't appear on the app (iOS). All apps updated, same wifi network.

I had initially configured the remote a few weeks ago and everything worked fine, but now, I can't seem to do anything to make my computer discoverable in the remote app.
