How to change the filename of a movie in VLC Streamer (on iPad)

Problem summary:

What are the steps to produce the issue?

I try to rename a movie in VLC Streamer for iPad and I cannot. 

What did you expect to happen?

I expect thar VLC Streamer allows to rename the file.

What actually happens?

There is no option to rename.

Which version of the app are you using?

iPad

Which helper version are you using?

Windows 4.96

if you tap the info button next to the movie, you'll find the rename option.
