or Linksys attached storage hd to my iPad Air 2?

I mean without running a computer installed VLC Helper - just to configure iPad to search for files to stram directly do the mentioned storage cloud drives?

Hi,

VLC Streamer needs to connect to its helper running on a Mac or Windows PC. The helper does the work of converting the movies to the format that the iDevice can play.

This means you can't connect directly to stream from a network drive, though you can normally connect to the network drive indirectly through the helper.

Hi i see a lot of people who have this problem me too did you find any way how to fix this problem? 

Or why developer of this app dont fix it when they see how many people have the same problem?

I just buy this app but i cant use it like i want and in app Filebrowser i see my WD cloud so i dont understand why in this app i have to use helper running.

I don't see this as a 'problem' per se. 
It is something VLC Streamer doesn't do, can't do and has never promised to do!
