A "Right to Work" law, if enacted, would ensure that no New Mexican should be forced to join or pay dues to a private organization, like a labor union, against his or her will. Every worker should have that freedom and choice. The 24 states that have such laws on the books have consistently created more jobs in recent years and have considerably lower living costs relative to the 26 "forced-unionism" states including New Mexico.
Sign the petition and support "Right to Work" in New Mexico. Your message of support will be shared with your legislators and you will receive occasional updates as the issue progresses through the legislative process.
