A January 2013 internal U.S. Department of Justice memorandum summarizing so-called "gun violence" prevention strategies stated that the effectiveness of "universal background checks" depends on "requiring gun registration."  No matter what they may claim, this is the ultimate goal of the gun control advocates pushing these misguided, ineffective schemes, and House Bill 50 and Senate Bill 48 are just the start. We must act quickly!
