Danny Cox Benefit this Friday, with Ida and Fast Johnny

This Friday, July 18 - 5 pm - 9 pm    Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens   There will be a benefit concert this Friday for Danny Cox, a legendary Kansas City singer-guitarist whose KCK home was destoyed in a fire last year. The concert is free but donations are encouraged. It also is to honor the Red Cross and our KCK firefighters. Danny Cox will perform, as well as the great Ida McBeth (who is a Wyandotte High School graduate) and guitarslinger Fast Johnny Ricker. This outdoor event will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 701 N. 94th Street and is presented by Dignity Memorial and Musication Inc. Lawnchairs, blankets and coolers (No alcohol!) are encouraged. In case of rain, the location will be changed to the chapel.
