Getting a single user entries and then iterate its comments

Hi

I am going thru HN Search API and it's making me confused a bit. My goal is simple: Get a list of submissions by a single user, once I get those submission I can get all the comments of each entry.

Can you please guide me about the URL combination require for it?

To get the submissions by a single user you can filter by the username:

http://api.thriftdb.com/api.hnsearch.com/items/_search?filter[fields][username]=pg&filter[fields][type]=submission&pretty_print=true

To get the comments for a given submission, you can filter by discussion.sigid:

http://api.thriftdb.com/api.hnsearch.com/items/_search?filter[fields][discussion.sigid]=1127600-58df3&filter[fields][type]=comment&pretty_print=true
