Entire Dataset?

Hey guys, HNSearch looks like a really awesome app, but I was wondering if there's an easy way to get the entire dataset for offline (JSON format is fine). Is there a way to do this, either with the API or without (perhaps the devs posted a snapshot of the entire HN database somewhere)?

I'm not looking for anything that remains current, mind you. A snapshot of the database encompassing, say, a years worth of activity would be perfect.
