WW II Hardware Catalog

Does anyone have a USN catalog of nuts and bolts from WW II or early cold war?  We have a lot of references to hardware in WW II drawings with the general form of 12-Z-12-251 (this is a 1/4" lock washer).  We can usually determine the width and thread patterns from context, but the lengths are not always clear.  It would be really helpful to have a catalog.
