Below is a link to a new Australian based group that aims to both save
AND eventually restore the 1868 Ironclad monitor HMVS Cerberus,
currently derelict off Melbourne Victoria Australia.
Cerberus is the only surviving Ironclad breastwork Monitor in the
world &, easily, the oldest surviving ship to have served in the Royal
Australian Navy.
Anyone is welcome to join, both from Australia & overseas.
