Below mentioned are the job details:
Designation : Jr. Engineer - ETP
Qualifications : Any Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc
Experience : Min 3 Yrs.
Job Location : Dahej , Dist: Bharuch , Gujarat
Salary : As per Industry Standard
Job Profile :
* Plant Operation of ETP (Effluent treatment plant).
* Having knowledge of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), DM Plant, RO Plant, RWTP(Raw water Treatment Plant) & WRP (water Recovery Plant).
* Productive maintenance of equipment to avoid break -down.
* The corrective action for any deviation of process parameter in consultation with senior person.
* Handling of all Chemical Lab Instruments - pH meter, Electro conductivity & TDS meter,Hot Air Oven, COD Digestor, BOD incubator, Turbidity etc.
* Collection, Neutralization, store, transport & Dispose of all types of waste.
* Having knowledge of Analysis parameter of Waste Water - PH, Cond., TDS, Hardness, Total Alkanity, TSS, Oil, Chloride, COD, BOD, DO, Oil & Grease.
* Internal auditing of 5"S, environmental Kaizen and others activities.
* maintaining the water & waste water management of whole plant.
* heading the chemical stocks of all plant. & using the chemical's (Poly, Hypo, Alum, Lime, SMBS, HCL, NAOH, H2SO4) for treatment of all plant.
