Hey Guys,

Dr. Carr is awaiting our response concerning the Christmas Brunch that PTSA provides for the teachers and staff each year.  Please let me know who is in agreement so I can let her know by today please.

Dr. Carr is allowing us the opportunity to sale t-shirts on December 4th from 3-6 pm during the Winter Concert and Book Fair.  (Please set up in the lobby in order to sell t-shirts. (The Book Fair will take place from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Parents will be entering the building to go to the Book Fair during this time).   We will need to be set up around 2:45, have cash on hand and cash box.  Do we have anyone available to support this?  We have a lot of t-shirts to sale.

Has it been decided if Mr. Berry or Mrs. Walker will pick up juices for Pastries with Parents?

Thanks

On what date will the meeting take place?

I am looking forward to Ms. Kim's introduction of herself and finding out about her vision at Pastries with Parents. Mrs. Ashurst will be there with the pastries, right?

Hello Dr. Carr,

I sent out a email to the board members today to  inform them of a meeting to discuss upcoming events for Christmas. I forward this email to the board members for their approval. I also discussed purchasing candy canes for the students also.

We will see you Friday @ Pastries with Parents.

Could we sale the new t-shirts during the Winter Concert?

I am glad you enjoyed your time off work, you so deserve it.

Thanks again for all that you do.

I spoke to Mr. Berry this morning.

We need to plan for Christmas.

  1.  I have cooked Panche’ to cater the luncheon on Dec. 20th. It will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the library.
  2.  In the past, teachers and staff members received $20.00 gift certificate from Wal-Mart.
  3.  We usually get them a gift in the form of a t-shirt. I want to do something different.

Can we make this happen?  I have been meaning to e-mail you about this.

Can you believe I did not work on Thursday or Friday? It was overdue and great.

Hey Guys, please see below. Dr. Carr mentioned having shirts on sale during the book fair/winter concert.  The book fair begins at 3:00 and the concert begins at 6:00.

I can work the book fair, can we have money and cash box placed in Mrs. Taylors office on Monday or Tuesday morning?

Thanks,

Mr. Cox
