Mr. Cox,



I wanted to follow up on a couple of things to make sure that Fall Festival is a success.



1. What is the deadline for the ticket and t-shirt sales? We have one envelope in the office.



2. Will tickets be sold the day of the Fall Festival? If so, the tickets should be sold in an area where the students can be supervised and kept in order while they are waiting to purchase tickets. Who will take care of the supervision?  Students can be sold in the cafeteria.



3. If tickets will be sold, parents can buy their tickets in at the cafeteria entrance.

I am able to answer the questions about ticket sales. As far as T-shirt I assume that wed is the dedline for per-order and if there are extra shirts left over the day of Fall Festival they can purchase one at that time.

Also if someone is available to helpv me in the cafeteria to help sell tickets the day of that would be great.

We are going to be spread out all over the place making sure parents/volunteers are in place.  We need to schedule ticket sale table. How many and how long. Can we have volunteer to help find t-shirts while one of us handle the money side.  We will also need someone to count and distribute tickets also. What type of process/strategy do we have in making this work.  We are going to need volunteers for this booth. Do you all agree?
