Hello Everyone,
I believe that everyone understands the importance of attending meetings. However, I think we have not communicated scheduled meetings very well, everyone has several things going on within their families and jobs.
I believe that we should all come to a agreement on when and where the next meeting should take place. Example: During our meeting on Friday, I thought messages were sent out that we would meet after pastries with parents. Only to find that Mrs. Walker did not receive message that pastries with parents was canceled and that we were meeting afterward.
I am open for ideas as when and how we can meet. Can everyone be present? We can decide how often we need to meet before Fall Fest and where. Mr. Berry, what say you? Does a Saturday or Sunday work for everyone, during the week, Mrs. Miller is not available. We only have two weeks before event. Let's do it !!
Mr. Cox

Mrs. Walker with your traveling to N.Y., will you be available for Friday morning meeting? If not, what day can you meet this week? Mr. Berry, do you think we need to meet with Mrs. Walker before she leaves out of town?
Mrs. Miller, we know that you are not available during the week. Mr. Berry, do you want to schedule a conference call in the evening with Mrs. Miller or can we do a conference call for everyone during the late evening around 8:00 pm? There is a free conference call number we can use, however, it will take a long distant call on your cell phones.
We need to schedule the couple who Mrs. Miller has worked with concerning booths to join us in the next meeting. Mrs. Miller, could you please send us their names and contact information. Mr. Berry, can you reach out to these parents? Mrs. Miller, is there more than one parent assigned to booths?
I believe that a evening conference call would work best so that we can all be on the phone at the same time to share and brain storm ideas. Your thoughts?

What does everyone else think? We should make this happen this week. What evening works for everyone?
I spoke with Dr. Carr today while at the school, she asked if we refunded the parent who donated $100.00. Could we please write check out to parent and mail to her?
We also discussed Sonic cooking and preparing hamburgers, Dr. Carr think its a great idea if we cannot get hamburgers donated. If we count up the cost of purchasing hamburgers, charcoal, buns, sleeves, etc... does this work out best for us. Dr. Carr also remembered how we ran out of food last time. Last year Sonic donated 200 hamburgers and 200 hotdogs.
Did anyone find the ticket rubric?
Thanks

I second that motion !!!
Mr. Berry, did we get donations from Burger King? Again, we must consider turkey dogs and veggie burgers for those who do not eat pork or meat.

I just submitted my availability….I already voted “yes” for Sonic.
