As long as the PTSA will pay for the luncheon ($500.00), do the gift certificates to Wal-Mart for the faculty and staff ($20.00 each), and pay for the faculty gift (
I have Mrs. Taylor working on a second gift – the first gift turned out to be too much – it may end up being a t-shirt), we will not need to meet.
Will the PTSA take care of the traditional gifts to the faculty?

Also, can Gifted Hands be shown to a large audience? You stated you would look into the legal issue of showing the movie to a group.

Please set up in the lobby in order to sell t-shirts. The Book Fair will take place from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Parents will be entering the building to go to the Book Fair during this time.
I am looking forward to Ms. Kim's introduction of herself and finding out about her vision at Pastries with Parents. Mrs. Ashurst will be there with the pastries, right?

I sent out a email to the board members today to inform them of a meeting to discuss upcoming events for Christmas. I forward this email to the board members for their approval. I also discussed purchasing candy canes for the students also.

I spoke to Mr. Berry this morning.
We need to plan for Christmas.
1. I have cooked Panche’ to cater the luncheon on Dec. 20th. It will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the library.
2. In the past, teachers and staff members received $20.00 gift certificate from Wal-Mart.
3. We usually get them a gift in the form of a t-shirt. I want to do something different.
Can we make this happen? I have been meaning to e-mail you about this.
Can you believe I did not work on Thursday or Friday? It was overdue and great.
