Pastries with Parents

Hey Guys, did anyone volunteer for this Friday?  I know that Mrs. Ashurst is not available.

We may need to do a phone conference or something to begin planning for Silent Auction ideas. We need to send out letters to vendors requesting items to be auctioned off.  

Mr. Berry, we need to organize some type of meeting to get everyone on board with upcoming agendas. I know that meeting on weekends has been an issue with everyone confirming (including myself). We need to make something happen as time is slowly passing by.

It seems that mornings work for most of us, we may need to see if conferencing Mrs. Miller in on her way to work would be an option.  Please let me know your plan.

Mrs. Amanda Dixon will present information about the School for Science and Math at Vanderbilt University for upcoming 9^th grade parents that are interested at Pastries with Parents on Friday, January 25 at 8:00 a.m. in the library. This is a competitive program for rising 9^th grade students. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend our meeting Sunday.  My great-grandmother passed away Mon and I will be flying to New York Friday for the funeral so that means I will also not be able to help with the pastries with parents.
