Fall Festival Thank You Notes

Hey Guys,
I shared with you guys that Dr. Carr wanted to send out special thank you cards to those who really contributed to making the Fall Festival a success. Dr. Carr is big on following up with thank you cards to let families know how appreciative the school is for their support. Dr. Carr is waiting on names, what the person contributed, and address if possible.
Mrs. Walker are you still able to help write out these thank you cards for Dr. Carr, I will help also. Mr. Berry, I know that you helped Dr. Carr on last time. Dr. Carr will have to get addresses for these families from their database, however, we must submit names first.
Can we all gather the names, send them to this email address and submit them all to Dr. Carr at one time and let her know that we will write them out once she provides us with addresses. Dr. Carr has thank you cards and stamps in her office.
Could we please submit our list today.

Mr. Ron Upton - 4516 Winston Drive- Nashville, TN. 37218 - Picked Up and dropped of utility light
Mr. Ron Newberry & Rogelio Garcia of Sonic's - 1906 Charlotte Ave. Nashville TN. 37203 - donated 200 hot dogs
Mr. Joseph Frierson - Picked up and dropped off inflatables
Pastor Cowan - Spruce Street Baptist Church - donated tables and chairs (across the street from church)
Darlene Peyton - Worked on clean up -
Jim & Genny Kensler - Couple worked to assign parents to booths -
Mrs. Moore - worked ticket/money table (5th grade teacher)
Mrs. Noel - served in food line (8th grade teacher
Mr. Melton - provided gym access, basketballs and footballs
Mrs. Pigg - cafeteria access, allowed us to use food warmer, etc..
*Need person who donated cotton candy machine
*Need name of person who worked money/ticket table
*Name of griller (cooked turkey dogs and veggie burgers)
*Need name of family that donated corn hole toss
*Metro Police officers that provided lab and horses
*Name and contact of DJ (who did not bring music)
*Name of TSU groups
