Can we get check out to Mrs. Miller asap? We have a check for her already in the file drawer from previous purchase and now she has spent another $91.33. I am at the school now.

 

Mrs. Miller, could you send your mailing address so we can mail check to you or would you want your husband to pick it up?

 

Mrs. Walker, did you purchase financial software with your money or was a check written from HMMS? If with your own money, were you reimbursed?

Today is the last day I can place order with Sonic's.  We discussed in our meeting on Saturday that we were purchasing 250 hamburgers and Sonic will donate 200 hot dogs. 

 

Did we determine if we wanted to grill the hot dogs or allow Sonic to boil hot dogs?  We are also purchasing veggie burgers and turkey hot dogs. (these items will be purchased at grocery store)

 

Any last thoughts before I submit to Sonic's?

One question Sonic asked me was, do we want all sandwiches sent over at one time or do we want 50 or 100 at a time?  Mrs. Pigg from the cafeteria will allow us to use a warmer to keep food warm.  Your thoughts?
