Kindly find the attachment enclosed describing the RCH Portal Implementation Coverage in all the districts of Haryana with regard to the entries wrt various elements of the RCH Portal in the current financial year 2018-19. 

The above table clearly indicates that the districts are not complying to the performance benchmark suggested by the GoI for each information assistant (IA) posted in their respective district which is 125 entries/day in RCH Portal i.e. on an average 42 entries in each element/day for each IA. 

In this regard, it is pertinent to mention here that RCH Portal is a GoI Portal and the GoI has informed that it may not consider continuing HR support for individuals who are unable to meet this benchmark.

Hence, we request you to kindly direct the concerned officer of your respective district (DMEO) to monitor the implementation status of RCH Portal and the performance of HR in the respective district i.e. approx 42 entries in each element(eligible couple, pregnant women and children) per day by each IA on RCH Portal(a total of 125 entries per day as per GoI) in order to achieve registration coverage of atleast 75% of the target.

You are also requested to kindly ensure the effective implementation of the same.
