 Dear All 

 Please find attached the month wise HMIS coverage report as uploaded on the portal for the indicator 9.9 :- No of the children received 8-10 doses of IFA syrup in month . As it has been already intimated that HMIS portal entries for the FY 2019-20 will be freezed soon . It is also informed that the review of the coverage report  will be scheduled soon by higher authorities .  The coverage report is evaluated with respect to district target .

 District Panipat and Mewat has shown the poor performance and entries are not being uploaded on the portal .so District officials DIO ,DMEO are again requested to kindly look into the matter and ensure the entries to be done on the Portal on immediate basis  . Rest all the district officials- DIO , DMEO  are also requested to review their coverage report and ensure the completion of pending entries on priority . Along with this 19.9 indicator  for IFA syrup stock status also need to be updated .

 Kindly treat this mail as Most URGENT
