Regarding not able to update new facilites on HMIS portal

Respected Sir/ Madam,

In reference to the above mentioned subject, it is stated that we are not able to update the following new facilities during first time login on HMIS portal (kindly see the screenshot).  Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
