All IAs are directed to send the changes done by you in DHIS-2 reports on the basis of feedback provided by this office.
I had already intimated to send the report in the evening but only PHC Alakhpura send the feedback regarding this.
You are again directed to take this matter seriously and on priority. Otherwise strict action will be taken for this non compliance.
A meeting of all IAs will be scheduled on 18th Saturday and directed to come along with the correction register which you made for DHIS-2 reporting.
