Dear District MEOs 

as per directions in trailing email , you are hereby directed to ensure the completeness and accurate capturing of IFA given to children and share the facility wise performance of same to DIOs and Urban Immunization officers .

DD CH/Immunization is requested to issue necessary directions  to District Immunization officers / CH programme officers to look at the data of these specific elements which are to be captured for each health facilities on monthly basis so as the completeness and accuracy of data captured be ensured during their regular monitoring reviews / field visits etc.

Please ensure the monitoring and send feedback for any discrepancy observed and present the data on monthly review meeting at state level with CH & IT division meetings under review meeting at Director (MCH) & Director Admin/IT) level regularly .
