Plz direct your IA's to fill the the data in all online software's on time & correct data. All IA's generate & fill the workplan in MCTS on weekly basis. Every TUESDAY workplan will be generated by IA's & send to ANM's through AVD & revert back.
In MIDRS many facilities not entered any data in AUGUST month till now. So enter the Data in this S/w till 10 th of every month.
In Anemia tracking portal many facilities not entered delivery held at CHC & PHC 's till now. In this S/w data will entered till 10 th of every month.
HBPNC cards are also filled & upload till 10 th of every month.
In HR module if any changes update the portal also.
Plz see the attachment regarding which facilities not entered data in MIDRS for AUGUST & which facilities not generated work plan for this week on TUESDAY.
Plz see the Status of HBPNC cards uploading CHC wise for AUGUST month.
