Re: Non-working / Slow speed of HMIS web-portal

Dear Madam,

Please refer to  my telcon on aforesaid subject with your team almost on daily basis. it is again brought to your notice that HMIS Web application is still giving frequent  incidents like not opening / non -generation of reports / slow access  etc. As per advisory issued on 4th march through email  , we have already advised out district HMIS team  to carry out data entry for feb' 20 month only till 20.03.2020  to reduce the load of HMIS portal and  all  modification in existing  entered data for FY 2019-20be planned from 21st March 2020. 

As FY 2019-20 is coming to end , And all programme officers are time and again requesting updated data from HMIS ,  it is again requested  that Technical issues if any be resolved on priority so that  stakeholders at all level i.e. district/Health Facilities  facilitated in doing  necessary rectification of data  quality issues at the earliest.

 Likewise although districts are using bulk upload facilities for data entry still data once posted is taking almost 4-5 days .

to be reflected in reports.
