Dear All,

This is in continuation to our previous mail regarding optimisation of HMIS database. In this regard, it is  informed that we have successfully archived HMIS data till 2015-16 as on date. MoHFW has further decided to archive the data for the financial year 2016-17 as well, due to which the HMIS portal may not be accessible for another 5 days beyond 8^th April 2019 i.e. till 12^th April 2019.

The mentioned activity would result in improved performance of the system resulting in faster response time of data entry and live report generation. During this period the HMIS portal login would be disabled . However,  access to Standard Reports and Web Report Studio would be available.

Thanks for all the support and cooperation extended to the National HMIS Division and looking forward for your cooperation during the extended period as well.

Dear All,

You might be aware that currently HMIS portal is not available for Data Entry and Live report generation. The same is being done to optimise the HMIS data base which has grown very large in size during last 10 years. This is being done keeping in mind the slow response of HMIS portal specifically during the data entry period.

In order to facilitate the optimisation of database, the database server is required to be shut down for a couple of days (18^th March 2019- 8^th April 2019). During this period the HMIS portal login would be disabled but you would have access to Standard Reports and Web Report Studio.
