HR : - As per my previous E-mail dated 31-05-2013 some PHC's not entered the data in HR module till now regarding staff position given below :-

ALL IA's plz update the HR data if any change due to transfer .

Anemia Tracking: PLz see the attachment regarding status of Anemia tracking s/w for the month of JUNE .

MIDRS :- Plz see the attachment regarding status. Some PHC's not entered data for month of JUNE till now.

HBPNC :- Plz see the attachment for status.

dear meos as u are aware that a committee is examining the frequent issues raised bt various IAs . pls sent the detailed report wherein it should be examined that work load specific to data capturing on dhis-2 ,hmis and mcts and other application be examined and actual time taken or issues w.r.t. data flow ( timely or delay ) data quality checks be addressed . for any clarifiation pls contact me over my mobile 8284866551 cug
