Dear District Team please ensure no pendency in data capturing at data entry point and validate the immunization record with the records available with immunization facilities & ANMs RCH registers

It was ponited out by MD, NHM that entries for the month of April 2020 are less than 50% on the HMIS Portal.So you are requested to ensure all the entries on the HMIS Portal, so that the same may be appraised to the higher authorities.Please treat it most urgent.Thanks & regards,
