Hello all,
We've set up a separate github repository and web page for each API group under https://github.com/hmis-api .  They are all public domain.  For example, consent API docs are posted here: https://hmis-api.github.io/client-consent-api/ and the repo/issue tracker is here: https://github.com/hmis-api/client-consent-api .

Most are in RAML .8, but I've converted some up to RAML 1.0 and successfully tested some OAS v2 conversions.  I use the raml2html node library to generate html, but Mulesoft Anypoint has a nice free web editor for RAML if you wish to have a "live" editor with syntax checking.  When Swagger-Codegen can convert to OAS 3 (currently it converts only up to OAS v2) and generate HTML from OAS v3, we'll switch to OAS v3.  At which point, something like Swagger-Editor or something like that could be used instead.

For convenience, a list of all the HMIS-API pages and their github locations is here.  Please feel free to submit issues and pull requests to each repository.   Thanks!  -Eric
