HMIS APIs landing page updated

Hello all, just a quick update on our progress in building a complete open source HMIS, as well as general human services tracking and reporting system.  The landing page is here, listing versions: https://goo.gl/CQ1GAw .  The Github repo for all these APIs is at: https://github.com/hmis-api .  Most of these APIs have been implemented by HOME App: https://ctagroup.org/mobile-app/  .  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.  -Eric
