Hi Guys,
I hope your week is going well. This Sunday we have a very special meal coming up. If you haven't heard yet, Jonathan Tran is doing his best to prepare some chili cheese dogs for us. Why in the world is Jonathan, a Vietnamese brother making chili cheese dogs? It's because in a couple of weeks he will be traveling to Detroit to work with kids at Cesar Chavez, a school serving at risk kids in Southwest Detroit. Jonathan is our first missions team. Missions is really important to us as a church. And as a church we believe that we not only send people to do missions, but with go with them by partnering with them in our prayers and financially. Missions is really on the forefront of God's heart, and this is a huge opportunity for us to get involve with what God's involved with.
