Hi there,

Saw a post recently discussing particle detectors and using HLS for FPGA implementations.

My expertise is in FPGAs, and my 'middle level synthesis' pipelining tool PipelineC is my main project.

However, I have always had a passion for all things with fundamental physics. And of course, who wouldn't be interested in ML, NNs, etc.

So I am writing to see if there is any way PipelineC could make the hls4ml project, particle physics research in general, better :) I am specifically thinking about the tuning/bit precision/pipelining concept of the project.

Would be happy to have a call if you want to get into the details. Can answer questions here too.

Thanks for your time!
