WLA's First Annual Washington, D.C. Trip

We're excited to bring you the first annual Woman's Law Association trip to Washington, D.C., which will take place on March 25-26, 2011. The trip promises to be a fantastic opportunity to network with HLS alumnae and and to bond with your fellow WLA members! By filling out our survey, you will help us to plan a schedule that responds to member interests. Please send us your response by this Friday, Nov. 5th at 5pm. We're hoping to be able to subsidize at least some of the travel expenses for the trip, but won't know the specifics until we have attendance estimates. The dates are concrete, so if you know for sure you'd like to attend, you may want to book a flight soon (to take advantage of early bird prices). Even if you don't plan to attend, we hope you'll be willing to share any contacts you may have in the area. If you have any questions at all, feel free to contact us. Do you have professional contacts in the area? Please share with us the name, affiliation, and contact info of any professional contacts you have in D.C. (e.g., former employers, summer supervisors). We may later ask you to send out a letter about the trip (we won't contact anyone without letting you know first), but at this point are interested only in finding out where the WLA has connections.

Do you have HLS alumnae contacts in the area? Please share with us the names and contact info of any Harvard Law women you know in D.C. We are coordinating with the HLS alumni network, but want to make sure we include as many area alums as possible.
